It's in the middle of october... and I found it interesting to point out that all the leaves on the trees in my backyard (and ONLY my backyard) are green. Everywhere else, they are orange/red/yellow/golden brown. It makes me wonder if my trees actually know what "Fall" means.

The leaves, more often than not, start to fall when it first snows. Of course... you can imagine how much of a pain it is to rake the leaves up... with all that snow. Heh....

I'm not particularly fond of this picture. The background was difficult for me to do, for some reason. It felt... incomplete..... Until I added a fence. XD. I also fear that Sgt. Wolf's anatomy is a bit off as well.

As for the shading, it should be subtle shading if it's a cloudy day. Since there aren't really any shadows to be cast.

happen to see this picture just now lol and there are some spieces of broad leaf trees that do not change color or shead their leaves compleatly, Oak trees are a good exampal of these evergreen broadleaf trees, where are a lot of evergreen trees down here, mostly pine trees and oak trees, so yes, it its preticaly green all year down here

oh my gosh xD haha, that's funny and sad that the same time. hm.. maybe evergreen? or at least close to that, those trees tend to keep their leaves even in the winter.

nope, these trees are not coniferous. They are completely deciduous.
