"What! Are you insane?" John stared at me in disbelief, astounded at what I requested.

"The question is: Are you insane?" I replied, giving the same wry grin he gave before we left a few hours ago.

"But, why? I don't want to!" He pouted, putting a very large frown on his face "It's just... not right.... It's... odd."
